Delivery Plan:
On the receipt of new orders suppliers send back to Unipart their anticipated delivery plans. A delivery plan is your best estimate of when you will deliver this order, based on information from your MRP system on component availability and production planning date. This information is utilised in our stock projection systems and reduces the amount of expediting phone calls, fax's and emails that we would normally need to make and you would need to respond to, saving us both the considerable amount of time spent on what is fundamentally a non-value added activity.
