Supplier Performance Monitor
This is the main SPM page.
Click on any smiley face to go to drill down function or the name
on the side tool bar
This will display two graphs, the graph on the left will show you
Monthly Performance and graph on the right will show the yearly trends
The graph on the left has a drill down capability to base data, click within
the current month to drill down
The supplier has the option to enter or edit a single delivery promise.
Tip - for the option to send delivery commitments against the full schedule call off use the Delivery Plan functionality within VCS.
Click on the part number
Enter promise or note data
After entering all your information you will need to save the information by clicking on "Submit" button
Note i. Promises will be annotated with A for analyst or V for the Vendor automatically by the system for identification.
Note ii. This action can be done from the Availability Performance, Delivery Performance or Promise Completeness screens.
